The Tree House Bright quilts, having been put to good and hard use all
winter long, air in the early spring breeze: trees bud and blossom: tulips,
lilac, and flowering crab make their first glorious appearance: a mare and her
new foal cavort and canoodle in the Back Forty, while some adventurous young
lads climb into their private sanctuary- the tree house in the old oak tree. You
can smell the flowery spring, as well as the dust bunnies the women are kicking
up in their frenzied Spring Cleaning ritual.
