Perkins Mill

Few people can remember the days when folks grew their own grains and had to haul them to the mill to be ground into flour for cooking and baking. You couldn't buy this stuff at the store- or, if you could- the price was outrageous. The Mill Wheel was an essential part of daily life. This early harvest-time scene in a small rural settlement, shows the geese heading south, the leaves on the maples and oaks turning autumnal reds and yellows, and the distant golden fields of wheat and grains ready for the harvest, and a trip to Perkins Mill.

PERKINS MILL, 16"x20", edition of 340, $40.00
