The Apple Pickers It's late summer, and there is a lot of work to be done on
the farm. The roadside stand is open for business! Hay has been raked into
wind-rows, awaiting baling, but picking (and eating) apples is much more fun.
Horses frolic in the distance, in front of a mysterious and distant blue
lake---probably overly excited by the scent of the apples, anticipating treats
to come.
